Do you offer a design service?
Yes! We offer a free consultation and design service by a highly qualified Interior Architect!
Do you both supply and fit?
Yes! We offer both just supply and supply fit services! Our highly qualified interior architect supervises all jobs to ensure that the customer receives the very best service!
Do you stock all your products?
With such a huge variety and choose of products, it would be imossible for all our products to be stocked, however we do stock many kitchen, bathroom and bedroom items and if not in stock can usually be ordered within a week!
Do you do work outside of Leicestershire?
Yes! We do numerous jobs in Northampton, Kettering and all the surrounding areas! We've even had jobs in London! So give us a call and we will be happy to help!
Are all your products listed on the website?
We have a massive choice of products and it is far more extensive than what we have listed on the website! If there is a specific brand or product you are looking for, let us know and we should be able to get hold of it!
Do you provide International delivery?
We can organise international delivery, however we ask that you contact us first so we can check if it is possible for the specific product you want and to price delivery.
How do I return an item?
You can post the item back to us, alternatively you can bring the product back to us in store with proof of purchase.
What is your returns policy?
Product must be returned in original condition and packaging with out damage and seals unbroken. Products bought online may be returned in store. We allow 28 days for orders to be returned - there may be a restocking charge for certain items. Special order items can not be returned.
COMPLAINTS
We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.
WARRANTY
Our installation work has a warranty of one year which does not affect the individual warranty of products.
Please be assured that our work would be to a very high standard. Guarantees/warranties are not insurance backed.
